Something I have been doing for quite a while is getting my books through Paperbackswap.com. It's a great site that works on a points or "credit" system. Each book you send to another member is worth one credit, which you can then spend on another member's book. You pay for the postage when you send them out. You don't pay for postage when they get sent to you. It's a lot of fun. You feel like you are doing something nice for someone in sending them a free book, and getting one you requested in the mail feels like someone sent you a present!
Win-win!
